    Thank you for this list of signs of being overly stressed. I have two comments. One is that I was surprised to not see anger listed. The other is that the statement “After a long day of work, it should be no problem to go to sleep” is not very realistic. MANY people, stressed and not stressed, have a LOT of problems falling asleep. Sleep problems are very common. This kind of statement can be interpreted by sufferers from insomnia as further evidence that something is very, very, very wrong with them.
