    Hi Jenna! Thank you for this wonderful post. I had been struggling with motivation lately,and was beginning that slippery slope decent into complacency in habits .
    My routines are of great value to me: they ground and lend purposeful activity that sets my focus right. I consider it all my work, valuable investment of my time, action, and accomplishments. Your list so mirrors my own in many aspects. Ive recently just begun trying on the new shoes of self compassion (Very uncomfortable as most shoes are at first, but my soul and spirit ” feet” are breaking them in to fit.). Ive even began feeding my writing root again, the poetry I long cherished.
    Thank you for this added impetus to keep going, never giving up or giving in to discouragement of any faction.
