I’ve planned out something similar to your plan several times in my life but I can see things clearly using your methods. So thank you. As I age my everyday functioning and anxiety appear to be getting worse. I panic about not completing the things I should be and not amounting into a healthy prosperous adult.

      Hi Char,

It brings me joy to hear that my method has been helpful — thank you for sharing and for reading 🙂

I’m sorry to hear your anxiety is getting worse. I get it. When mine gets worse, I stick to my self-care routine like my life depends on it. Because it often does. I hope your self-care routine saves you that way too.

I wish you light and love on your journey.

      All My Best,
      Jenna
