    Really useful article apart from number 13, which is only practical for those who have a garden or secure outside space; otherwise it’s not quarantine or self isolation. Where I live, we’re under severe lockdown measures, with only essential trips to buy food or medical items permitted. I don’t have any access to nature so I am paying special attention to my little family of potted plants.
