I started writing fiction in high school. It wasn’t until 40 years later that I discovered that the stories were a way for me to process things in my life. Art therapy.
I’m having more trouble writing now because my life has stabilized to some extent. However, I do note more trouble with depression recently.

I guess it is time to get writing some more.

      Hi Nancy,

I’m sorry to hear you’re recently having trouble with depression, but I’m happy to hear you plan to write again 🙂

Writing therapy. Art therapy. All beautiful ways to feel better and to express yourself.

I hope you feel better soon.

      All My Best,
      Jenna
