Mental Health and Self-love: At 38, I…

Inspired by Lena Dunham’s Instagram post:

Lena Dunham, Instagram. 2019.

At 38:

I know who I am.

I understand my mind, body and soul both separately and whole.

I am the strongest I’ve ever been.

I take care of myself.

I help others.

I love my daily routine.

I meditate every morning.

I write throughout each day.

I exercise and do yoga.

I take breaks.

I practice acts of self-care.

I regulate my nervous system.

I see past the bullshit.

I feel appreciation and gratitude.

I follow my intuition.

I own my past.

I love who I’ve become.
