Thoroughly And absolutely enjoyed reading ALL of these factual comments from victims as they attest to and reaffirm and validate what I experienced, went through, and what I did to distance myself from that parent (and later my husband) who would (even if unknowingly and ignorantly) abuse me/us under the guise of what they thought was care and love. It took awhile to be able to step back and then out after realising these people and how they treated me was not normal or even nice. If someone (even your parents) makes you feel like you don’t matter, they’re the sick ones, not you because YOU do matter and you deserve to be treated well and spoken to with respect!

Just wanted to share that my sister just published a really good book on narcissistic abuse, her story and her thoughts. Its called The Bridge by Andi Reese. I believe it is available on Amazon and Kindle
