    You did it again! You wrote my life story, word for word. Thank you for affirming that I did not make up my family story. It was real. They are evil.

      Recently it has come to me that a 6th dynamic and quality of genuine grief work is Hope. In the circumstances as we know them in these twisted relationships and dynamics, hope might be accessible, ….. but not in these.

      The abject estrangement from ordinary hope and healing is not lost completely, however, but it is never manifested the way even a death or any other ordinary lost can be reconciled. Hope has to be for something more and better for oneself and those who remain, simply that.
