    Check with the pharmacies you’ve used over the years.
    All the large chains, Walgreen’s, CVS, etc can provide you with a list of the meds you’ve purchased from them over time. Probably many smaller chains and stand alone pharmacies will also provide this service.

      A good tip! I wonder how long they maintain those records, though. And it can be tough for people who’ve moved a bunch and filled prescriptions at local or regional pharmacy chains.
