  1. What an articulate and practical guide to happiness. In my coaching work these kinds of pricipals are vital. One needs a good relationship with self and others.

  2. I will be very interested in learning the cost of the course. It will probably be too expensive. Mindfulness is big business these days. Just sit and breathe…that’s free!
