    I know how it feels to have anxiety and depression both at the same time. Its never easy to deal with both anxiety and depression. my mind is like spinning out of control due to the anxiety and all of sudden your very sad and upset. im glad that I see a therapist who specializes in anxiety and depression both . she diagnosed me with anxiety and depression last year and now w her help and the right medication I can fight both anxiety and depression that I had since my parents died and dealing w ptsd symptoms that are apart of the anxiety and depression that I have right now along with the coping skills that my therapist gave me in between sessions .

    Those photos are at once beautiful and terrifying. I imagine that they could be helpful in trying to understand another person’s experience of psychological states that really defy words sometimes. Thank you for the excellent commentary that accompanied them!
