    Thank you for this wee guide to mindful walking. I fully intend to practice it. I am concerned about my lack of mobility but had the thrill recently of walking up a hill without losing my breath (I stopped smoking after 45years!) last year. I am on the quest of looking after my mental health using mindfulness more so this is a wonderful and usable tool. Really recommend to anyone who hasn’t tried it.

    My preferred way is to ask:
    What am I doing? or How am I feeling?
    and I notice what the question leads me to notice.
