    my response to this article is YAWN. Any person that is actively working the 12 step program does this on a daily basis.

    I love this concept. It may not be a new one but very applicable. The only problem is that we are born with a certain capacity to tolerate the pain that comes our way. And some of us have a great deal more than we can tolerate and the “now” becomes a problem when that happens.

    Nevertheless regaining our ability to be with the now enables us to participate in life fully.
