    The real problem for me seems to be where e choose to place our attention.
    Negative events? Leading to depression and unhappiness.
    Positive? Leading to a fake optimism.
    What is going on in the present without being judgemental?
    As you point out mindfulness helps us train our attention so ee can use it constructively.

    Help! I can’t find parts 4-6!!!! This is the best written, most accessible approach I’ve found to mindful parenting. I want more!

    I’m with Sheryl! Absolutely fantastic, meaningful approach to parenting! Thank you! I would love to read parts 4-6..?
    Totally associate with “….my hair is dripping wet, and I have no idea if I washed it or not.” Ha! Classic!
