Great article Carla and a great way to explain the concept in a way we all can relate to. Dr. Rutherford (clinical psychologist) tends to focus on being mindful and paying attention to our kids and what they are trying to tell us. Whether your kid is having trouble potty-training, or suffering from night terrors, listening to what’s on their minds can be really helpful ( http://ConversationsWithMyMother.com/ ). Thank you for sharing this, Carla!
