    Thank you for this…for articulating beautifully what I help my clients to do in therapy. Also want to let your readers know about another resource for parents…called “Full Mouse, Empty Mouse.” It is a children’s book which helps kids discern emotional from physiological hungers. Interestingly, the illustrator decided that even though wise Aunt Louise is there to help the kids talk about their feelings, she’s got some chocolate chip cookies on the table!
