    Wow this is beautiful. I guess I distract from my fear. I like the idea of bringing awareness and compassion to my fear, if I can get past being frozen.

    What you said about forgetting you have a book when it’s an e-book .. so true!

    But if I buy a hard copy of a book it’s unlikely I’ll ever read it, no matter how much it appealed pre-purchase. The surest way to get a book started and finished is to borrow it from a library so I have the built-in time pressure.

      I so agree – the library deadline is a great motivator for me too!:) Iā€™m so glad my thoughts on fear needing a friend resonate with you – we all sure need friends when it comes to feeling fearful!
