    I love this article very helpful today on this “bad” day. I find that when having a bad day I do some movement – walk, dance, yoga, talk with trusted friends, meditate, read inspirational quotes, passages. Most of all I remember that my life is happening FOR me and I get quiet so I can hear the lesson. With the above regular practices I find the guidance comes to me quicker.
