    “If ever there was an emotion that thrives on carbon dioxide, it would be fear.” — that’s brilliant, I never thought about it that way before. It then makes so much sense to use deep breathing / taking in oxygen as an antidote.

    I’m in an urban environment, in a small apartment. When I sit in my livingroom facing the tv, I’m also facing an outdoor bush just the other side of my patio railing. Little birds visit that bush regularly, hopping around on my railing and chirping. It’s my favorite view of the nearby outdoors and makes me so happy.

      Oh that is absolutely lovely! How sweet that the birds choose to visit “your” bush and you. They clearly have good taste. πŸ™‚
