    This was mint helpful at all. You totally made light of a very scary and real psychological place some of us go to. You didn’t give a single example of something that causes you to have a fight-or-flight response. Perhaps if you had—and told us how you deal with it this might’ve been helpful.

      So sorry to hear the post didn’t resonate with you. It seems it hits home for some and not others – I am just sharing what works for me personally, of course, and that won’t be a fit for everyone.
