I learned rebt w my therapist in counseling and I also read a book about rebt too and learned it again in my human services class that I finished . My therapist is an rebt therapist as well as a cbt therapist too .she practice rebt w me in counseling due to the fact I wanted to learn more about rebt she gave me a worksheet about it so that I reinforced what I learned from a class that taught me about rebt and my therapist reinforces w me in counseling . I like this style of behavioral therapy .
