I’m seasoned when it comes to depression, so am always aware of subtle different signs to make me aware there may be a problem.

There are different signs of depression to examine or consider when you are trying to help yourself or someone else prone to depression, when it is on the horizon.


I’m not a morning shower person. I shower at night, cause I like to go to bed feeling clean, so if I wake up without that shower and take a shower in the morning, why didn’t I take it the night before like I always do? Why was it okay to sleep in my sheets without clean feet?

It’s a different sign of depression.
