    Thanks for this helpful article Lauren. While you’ve mentioned behavioral techniques to help a child with ADHD, I’d like to add that the mental functioning of an ADHD affected brain can also be improved to some degree with the consumption of omega-3 fatty acids, which help improve mental focus and cognitive function. Omega-3 fatty acids are found in seafood and nuts or can be taken more conveniently in the form of capsules.
