In my previous article, I discussed four activities to do with your child this memorial day weekend. In this article, I will expand upon this topic and include more activities to do with your child this memorial day weekend.
Go To The Mall With Your Child
First, you can always go to the mall with your child. You do not have to buy anything. Simply walk around the mall with your child. Look around. Keep it casual. Have a nice day at the mall.
Go Out To Lunch With Your Child
In addition to going to the mall with your child, you can also go out to lunch with your child. It does not have to be a fancy restaurant. Make it a casual lunch event with you and your child. This will enable you and your child to bond and to practice their social skills.
Go On A Weekend Vacation
In addition to going to the mall and going out to lunch with your child, you can also go on a weekend vacation with your child. Go to the mountains. Go hiking with your child. This will give your child exercise. Exercise is good for individuals with ADHD as it releases endorphins. It improves the mood of indivduals with ADHD. It enables individuals with ADHD to become more relaxed.
Go Out To Dinner With Your Child
In addition to going to the mall, going out to lunch, and going on a weekend vacation, you can also go out to dinner with your child. Maybe go to an Italian restaurant and have dessert with your child. Enjoy the night with your child. Enjoy the time together.
