Living With ADHD: The End

Ladies and gentleman and boys and girls, this will be my last article for this blog.  I am moving forward to write a new blog entitled Schizophrenia and Psyhosis and .  I would like to share some basics about ADHD with you before I conclude:

Never Let Anyone Control You If You Have ADHD

If anyone is controlling you if you have ADHD, let him or her out of your life.  He or she is playing with you.  Do not waste your time.  You deserve better.  You deserve a lot better.  There are plenty of good, stellar people in this world.  You do not need to be surrounded by the people who treat you poorly.  Realize this; recognize this.  Plain and simple.

Do Not Let Anyone Tell You What To Do If You Have ADHD

If you have ADHD, do not let anyone tell you what to do.  Do not let anyone boss you around.  Be your own person.  Be unique.  Others find this appealing and attractive.  Do not let anyone else define you.  Be yourself.  Be your own self.  Own you.  It is important to be your own unique person.  I always tell myself this.  The moment someone starts to control me or tell me what to do it is a red flag in my head.  I move on.  I move on with my life.  I do not talk to this person.  In addition, you should do the same.

Do Not Let A Label Of ADHD Define Who You Are As A Person

In addition to never letting anyone control you because you have ADHD and never letting anyone tell you what to do just because you have ADHD, it is important to not label yourself and let your ADHD define who you are because you have ADHD.  ADHD is just a word.  It does not define you.  You define yourself.  Be brave.  Be courageous.  Realize this.  Cherise this.  Do not let anyone else tell you otherwise.  The end.

At last to end my blog on Living with ADHD, I hope you have enjoyed my story.  I hope you have enjoyed my words of advice.  I hope I have inspired you all with ADHD and without ADHD to live thorough thoughtful lives of wisdom and courage in your days to come.  Be brave.  Do not let anyone tell you what to do.  I say this a lot throughout my blog.  However, I truly believe it.
