They include limiting distractions, asking for help, organizing regularly, keeping it simple, and having confidence in oneself.

Limit Distractions

According to psychcentral.com, the third tip to stay organized with ADHD is to keep organized regularly.  Do not leave all your tasks to the last minute.  This will make you even more disorganized.  Instead, clean up your house or office space on a regular basis.

Keep It Simple

On a fourth note, according to psychcentral.com, it can also be recommended to keep it simple.  Do not do too much at once.  Keep it simple.  Work on one area of your office space or house at once.  This will alleviate your stress level and enable you to accomplish more over a longer period of time.

Have Confidence In Yourself

On a final note, the fifth tip to make sure you stay organized with ADHD is to have confidence in yourself.  Always believe that you are worth something.  Always believe that you will finish your tasks.  If you have this attitude you can accomplish anything.
