Introduction

To explain further, ADHD coaching is a very practical philosophy to employ on individuals with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.  It does not employ therapy or medication.  It is coaching.  It uses practical techniques to change an individual’s focus from the past to the present to change their way of thinking and enable them to live a more productive way of life with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.  In return, due to the effects of ADHD coaching, individuals experience myriad types of benefits, including living a more productive life, a reduction in frustration and anxiety, achieving career and life goals, increasing one’s ability to prioritize, improving one’s relationships with others, enhancing self-respect, in addition to recognizing one’s potential in this world.
