I Miss the Sun

I Miss the Sun

I tore a hole in the Carhartt’s he left behind when I grazed them with a new aggressive blade in my chainsaw. And the catch on the Buck knife he carried the day he died fell out and now the blade flops when I open it.

My dear friend Andy, I too minus the “son!”
Have our senses dulled or have they come all the more keen…. Mixed emotions confuse me, that is when for me I must celebrate all the good in my “Sunny” son Jimmy’s life. God Bless yoy & my new friend Lori! Who knew all the years ago what we would share today & then. God Bless! KL

I miss the sun too, and I miss my son, and I miss happiness. Thank you for expressing so many things that I have felt too. I think our sons were very much alike. I’m very sorry for your loss.

Andy, I know it is rough. You are doing what you should do…staying alive and talking about it.
