    Such simple but sensible suggestions! Thank you so much! I do several of these now – wakeup gratitude, To Do lists, small tasks to complete … and I add some light exercise, which sends a little jolt of endorphins to lift the mood. and they are all very effective, so I’m happy to add some more.

    Excellent article w good tips & ideas. I suffer from depression & have tried most of these & they work! Good to see so many suggestions in one article. People often say counseling but that is not accessible to many, just like healthcare.
