    Great piece. I noticed that John was smart enough to make each suggestion clear, short and concise; perfect for people like who suffer major anxiety and can’t focus on the written word. These bite-size suggestions are easy to read in the middle of panicky morning.

    My favorite was starting the day with gratitude. I’ve always done that at the end of the day to wind down, but doing it first thing in the morning helps to put me in a positive mindset.

    I have trouble focusing on other people, as my anxiety is so in my own head and makes me feel as if I am the only person that exists. The gratitude one will hopefully help with this, thank you!
