    Your suggestions make sense and will increase productivity, especially if you take into consideration that if you constantly check emails it breaks your concentration and other tasks will take longer to complete.

    Becoming 28% more productive does however not make sense. If we spend 28% of our time on emails, we can reduce that time, not eliminate it totally…
