All information presented seems to be so obvious. If it is known that the person posting selfies has a poor self-esteem, and by posting an inordinate number of selfies has the opposite effect that is desired on how the person outs viewed, is there a way to help that person channel their attention seeking behavior in a more positive activity?

I have found this enlightening & fascinating!I feel appreciative that anyone occasionally updates a selfie!!Too often screams low self esteem, wanting adoration & is definitely not anything an empath or a strong independent woman would crave! They validate themselves & while every girl loves to look after themselves or look good being obsessed with ones appearance/adoration n followers is dangerous! It screams narcissism loudly as The person wants to be noticed n adored n is obviously not content in their own skin!Sad really!Great insight cheers
