    Claire,

Thank you for this article! It is so well-written with no-nonsense informative. In three (content dense) paragraphs you’ve given me a lot to think about and evaluate. I just wanted to say thank you for putting this together–this is one of the most concise and actually helpful psych-related posts I’ve read in a long time.

    Many thanks,
    Penney

The best psych information that i’ve read in quite awhile. I especially liked the paragraph about change currency. A lot of people could benefit from this way of thinking.
    Thank You.

The tips are very realistic & rather easy to do. I already skip watching the news because it’s always negative, too much to handle. Thanks for such a good, quick article.

Very good concise summary of what we al-ready knew. It never hurts to re-implant all the good currencies we have into our unreliable brains; our brains get bogged down so easily with current (usually sad) news and worries. I actually have kept a list of my good “currencies” in my journal. Whenever I get a bit anxious about my life I remind myself of all the good things I am, and have, and can do. It never fails to cheer me up.
