    Yikes!! This was all too real for me! It’s like I know I’m a workaholic, but I justify it because I’m working on building my practice as I’m employed full time!

    I know I need to take a break, but it feels like I can’t take a break. Am I overreacting or is this normal for building my practice?

      Thanks for reading! Yes, take breaks, practice self-care, pace yourself. You don’t want to burn out before you really get started!! Ask yourself if you’re enjoying the work. Do you feel like you’re missing out on other parts of your life?
