    This is a very helpful blog, thank you for sharing, for me learning Resiliency skills has helped me tremendously with the feelings of rejection and also allowing myself to grieve!

    The hardest part is deciding how personally to take rejection. I’m currently job hunting, and I know getting rejected a number of times is part of the process, but at the same time, at what point do you start thinking that there is something wrong in your approach and you have to try something else? There is so little information to go on most of the time.
