    Thanks Sharon & Michelle. I continue this journey every single day. It does get easier with practice. It took an almighty breakdown to realise that I had become a doormat, that nobody respected me, that any NO’s were trampled upon so others could get their own way, that I was being manipulated and controlled and that I felt like a puppet. Thank goodness that most of that is now behind me, that I now have firm boundaries in place, that my NO’s mean exactly that, and that if I feel manipulated or controlled I can spot it at 20 paces!
