    Some good tips Sharon. Saying NO has helped me in boundary setting. I just pick and choose what I really want to do these days. I’ve experienced burnout and overwhelm in the past and I definitely don’t want to go down that track again. It’s being that “good daughter” syndrome which is hard to get rid of!
