    Detachment from other people’s dramas, setting boundaries, saying NO and just generally looking after my own needs has given me more peace in my life. Lots of education about these issues has helped enormously.

    I had my first session with my counselor because of anxiety over my former alcoholic husband. My Phd counselor helped me see how my husband has abandoned me and is quite the con artist. Thank you for this information.
