    I love this and will be sharing it with my lady friends. I am 68 years old and for the most part do not compare any longer except for my weight. Ugh, I hate it that I was slim for so long and I am not any more.

      Yes, that’s a hard one for me, too! I keep reminding myself that it really doesn’t matter!

    Wonderful post. I especially love #3. It’s hard not to compare yourself to others. I’m guilty of scrolling through social media pages and thinking how wonderful someone’s life looks, but the reality is I have no idea what battles they’re facing on the inside. It wasn’t until some friends pointed out some of their own assumptions about my life based on my social media feeds that I really started to realize how little we know about what someone else’s life is like.

      Yes! Excellent point Nicole. We all make so many assumptions all day long (it’s a normal way of trying to fill in the gaps and make sense of things). It really helps to just be aware of them and recognize they often aren’t true. Thanks for reading. 🙂
