    Hi there,
    Thanks for this great list! I really like the one about mindfully noticing the good stuff around you, and your tip about fostering excitement. That’s exactly what helped pull me out of depression. I keep a bullet journal to log the gratitude, beauty and humor in every single day. I also write down one thing I’m excited about – even when I did’t actually feel excited. It’s really changed my world.

    After six months I am absolutely a different person. I wrote about it here if you’re interested:

    I am going to think about adding some of your other tips into my daily bullet journal practice. There’s no where to go but up!! Thanks again!
