    Hi there,
    Thanks for this great list! I really like the one about mindfully noticing the good stuff around you, and your tip about fostering excitement. That’s exactly what helped pull me out of depression. I keep a bullet journal to log the gratitude, beauty and humor in every single day. I also write down one thing I’m excited about – even when I did’t actually feel excited. It’s really changed my world.
