    Your list of preventative, mental health, measures is great. A good thorough list to give to anyone who has had problems in the past. Anyone can really benefit from it.

    A good article Sharon. All of us should practice these things even if we don’t suffer from anxiety or stress. For me it was taking up a couple of hobbies and meeting new people, saying no and keeping negativity at a minimum.

    I love this article! It’s incredibly helpful and informative! There is still social stigma associated with mental health, however thanks to people like you who writes about the importance of mental health we can fight with negative stereotypes. Mental health is crucial and should be everyone’s priority! Thank you!
