How would you handle this if you work for a dr and he talks down or bad to you in front of patients and you’ve already told him you don’t appreciate it??

      Hi,
Thanks for reading! I think the answer depends a lot on the particulars of your work situation. Here are a few questions that might help you discern the best approach for you:
How did the doctor respond when you brought it up? Did he take you seriously? Has it improved at all? Can you talk to the doctor again? Is there another approach that you can take in talking to him? Is there someone else in your office that can help you in addressing this issue? At what point is it appropriate to talk to the doctor’s superior or HR?

I think the bottom line is trying to figure out whether the doctor is willing to adjust his behavior toward you and if he’s not what are your options for coping.
