This is a fantastic summary of two awesome books! I love the child’s version – The Highly Sensitive Child.

I haven’t read the version for parenting a highly sensitive child, but I trust your recommendation of it for sure. This book has been around a long time and I only wish I’d read it sooner!

Thank you for sharing this book. I read it many years ago and it gave me validation and understanding of who I am. Hopefully more people will read it now with your review. Hooray for HSPs! 😉

I’ve read this years ago as well, I always read a self help type book or two a year just to keep myself always learning. This year though I have found myself reading a lot of memoirs and I find that they make you look inside yourself and cause you to better yourself as well. Right now it’s A.K Driggs’ Abandoned In Search of Rainbows. It’s an inspiration to follow her life, and that makes me look inside of myself to become better.

Thank you for the suggestion! I haven’t heard of that one, but will check it out. So many books, so little time!
      Have a great day.
