I’ve had all four of those tell-tale signs at some point in the past.
Lately I’ve felt a lot of stress, but I seem to be coping well, or at least my psychologist says I am. I’m lucky — I’ve got good treatment and support. It didn’t used to be that way. I used to be that crumbling column.
Now I just hope that others can find the professional and personal support they need to cope.
Today I am 50 50 its like i fix one thing just in time to do the next… 🙂
