Good, Better, Best

Mental Health Humor and psychological disorder humor and cartoons by Chato Stewart

Today is a new day, and tomorrow is a new year… What will YOU do to ensure you will be better.

My father had a plaque in our kitchen on the wall that simply said, “Good, better, best never let it rest; till your good gets better, and better gets best.”

Simple concept and one that everyone can work on.  How will you get to ur best?  What will you do to get there?   Who can help you, now is a good time to think about what your best is going to be.
