Fasting Fix For Healthy Body, Soul & Mind


If you know anything about me, you might know two things:

  1. I love to laugh!!!
  2. I love to Eat!

Caution: doing them at the same time can be dangerous and lead to fluids coming out of your mouth and nose!

The eating is the main issue, cause it is directly connected to my waistline.  Over the years, I have done everything to get the weight under control.  I was on the keto diet before it became a fade diet.  A full year on that diet with the forest 6 months only losing 1/2 of a pound to 2 pounds max per week.  Then gaining back 5 to 10 pounds if I fell off the diet.

Not sure why, but I can’t do keto anymore. Even when I try so hard. It’s just not working for me anymore.  I’ve been holding steady at 320 to 330 pounds for many months. But I just can’t get my Diabetes under control like before.
