Warnings & Watches

Hurricane Dorian…gray forecast for some of us. The cone of uncertainty is a timing challenge. Dorian, at the moment, is a Cat 4 hurricane that is slowing and strengthening. Worried for the Bahamas! A worthwhile endeavor: heeding and watching out for slow and strong threats, huh?

Living with any chronic mental or other health (or weather) challenge/threat to our wellness–keeps us on the watch and for warning signs that things may be progressing along an unfavorable trajectory.

How long do we let things go?

When do we intervene?

When do we prepare?

Do preventative steps lessen damages?

Do we have an emergency kit that will help?

What about an emotional emergency kit?

What about a mental health tool box?

Do we Need any new tools?
