Some of us are stressed out? Some of us are beyond stressed out. We are in distress!
Let’s clarify and make a somewhat significant distinction between stress and distress. Hey, we have to know what we are dealing with! We need to know how to better deal and effectively and healthfully cope with any distress we may be facing.
