Top Mental Health Humor Cartoons for 2018

Every year it surprises me how fast it zips by, where does the time go?  No, really I’m asking because I feel as if I was just talking about what I wanted to accomplish in 2018. Only to realize, I only have a few days to accomplish a year’s worth of goals.

I can kiss the lose 100 pounds goodbye for 2018. While I was able to lose some weight, most of it was the weight I put back on. But the good news is I’m exactly (give or take a pound) the weight I was a year ago.  So the no progress is just a lot of the same. Maybe that means I am finding a consistency?

Drawing the Mental Health Humor cartoons saw a big milestone.  It was our 10th-year anniversary of the cartoon series. I know why I did not bring this up before and write a beautiful, poetic blog post about how we started and the success of the cartoons. I think a refresher post on the goal of the cartoons to use humor as a healthy coping tool would be good.

Why didn’t I write a blog post about the 10 years of trying to help our peers find a laugh or two?! Well, the simple answer is I forgot. I’m just realizing it now as I try to think of anything I did in 2018 that has any value.

Anyway here are some of the most popular Mental Health Humor cartoons for 2018.  They are in no order and no proof they were funny or amusing at all.

Hopes And Dreams About Taking Depression Medications

Okay, this one is not too funny with Frosty the Snowman getting plowed over.  Unless you have seen a snowman and all you want to do is attack it and must destroy the snowman!

Brain Mapping is a funny concept to me. I feel my brain has many uncharted regions. I know I get lost there all the time.

We’ve talked about taking medication the last few blog posts.  Whether you are for medication or for something stronger and all natural like COFFEE, I feel it’s a personal choice.
