We have all been there, you know, that point in our day or activities that are so frustrating that all you want to do is SCREAM. This intense emotion may come over us and we want to just let it out. What is this emotion? Anger.
Anger is one of the most destructive negative emotions I can think of besides betrayal. Which connects to anger because when you get betrayed, you get really pissed and angry. So anger is like an anchor to so many other emotions, maybe even a doorway to the regrettable.
Should we always regret losing our temper or expressing our anger? If we have the balance, we may be able to safely eliminate and control much of our angry outbursts.
Getting Angry Doesn’t Work
Feeling frustrated creates the temptation to get angry.
Getting mad at your doctor will only undermine your treatment, and reduce the number of options available to you.
Controlling your temper is wise – “Let go of anger and abandon rage; do not become upset and turn to doing evil.” (Ps. 37:8)
Anger affects physical and mental health.

We’ve talked about taking medication the last few blog posts. Whether you are for medication or for something stronger and all natural like COFFEE, I feel it’s a personal choice.
